Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026. This notice covers this website and the beta application form. A separate data note covers the Nova apps and is given to every beta user before their first call.

This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data to deliver it securely.
The beta form
When you apply, the details you type are emailed to me through a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) and kept in my mailbox. I use them only to assess your application and, if you join, to run the beta. The lawful basis is your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing me; I will delete your details within seven days. I do not share them with anyone else, and I do not use them for marketing.
How long I keep them
Applications that do not lead to a beta seat are deleted within three months of the beta starting. Beta users' details are kept for the length of the beta and deleted within three months of it ending unless you choose to continue as a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
The Nova apps
On the desktop, speech is converted to text on your own laptop and call audio is not uploaded for transcription. No audio is stored by default on any platform. Nova is designed to be used openly: own-speech-only is the default mode and a disclosure line opens each call. A full data note and a data protection impact assessment are being completed before the beta begins, and an independent UK data-protection adviser reviews them before paid plans open.
